Apple Valley Farmstead is a century-old secluded five-acre property one mile outside of the town of Lyons, Colorado, fifteen miles north of Boulder. It is in the valley between picturesque Steamboat Mountain and Indian Lookout Ridge, nestled along the banks of the North St. Vrain River. It has been a small dairy farm and an iris garden retail site in its day. The Farmstead is exquisitely landscaped with majestic old shade trees, Koi ponds with waterfalls, picturesque weathered barn and outbuildings, as well as a treehouse and riverside picnic tables.
There are multiple lodging options that provide guests with unique yet modern accommodations. The owners, who have owned the property for more than 40 years, strive to make guest experiences as pleasantly memorable as possible.
